I was getting bored of the theme I had set up and as a fan of the android mobile operating system I thought, "hhmmm, I wonder if someone has create an android theme for Gnome 3". There are a couple out there as it happens but I fell across Holo.
I've just installed the Holo theme for Gnome 3 and for the most part it's awesome. It includes a shell, window and GTK 2/3 themes and seems to work best with the Faenza icon pack.
I've also gone the extra step and procured the Roboto font which can be found at Font Squirrel. And set Roboto medium as my default font - looks good to me but there are plenty of variations to choose from.
In the interest of completeness I also tweaked the colours in terminal. The hex colour for this is #33B5E5 and I have a custom prompt too so in case you're interested, add this line to the bottom of your .bashrc file found in your home folder.
Now, you'll not that I said for the most part the Holo theme is awesome. I have encountered a small issue with colours in nautilus. In fact, originally it affected more than just nautilus and that is when I replaced the Holo theme files with the variant created by r3gis3r on github. Download the zip or tarball. This fixed most of the issues but some still seems to be lingering with nautilus. However, this problem may not occur for you.
All-in-all I highly recommend this theme!
